DHPPC: This vaccine is a combination to protect against 5 viruses that can affect your canine companion's brain (Distemper), liver (Hepatitis), lungs (Parainfluenza), and gut (Parvo and Corona).
Bordetella: This vaccine provides protection from Kennel Cough.
Rabies: This vaccine provides protection from Rabies.
Cats
FVRCP: This vaccine is a combination to protect your kitty against 3 highly contagious and life-threatening feline diseases, Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis (the FVR part of the vaccine name), Feline Calicivirus (the C), and Feline Panleukopenia (the P).
FELV: This vaccine provides protection from Feline Leukemia.
Rabies: This vaccine provides protection from Rabies.
Surgeries: spay, neuter, growth/tumor removals, abscess, bite wound care, foreign body
removals, hematomas, cherry eye removals, foxtail removals, enucleation (eye
removal), tail docking, ear cropping, dewclaw, etc.
Spay & Neuter Requirements: Fully vaccinated & at least 6 months old; after their 1st heat cycle (for female spays) We can only spay pets below 40 lbs
Diagnostics: x-rays (can only fit small-medium sized pets), urinalysis, fecal, parvo test, full
health panel blood work, biopsy
Dental Care: Dental deep cleaning, Extractions
Other Treatment/Service Options: Fluid Therapy, Nebulization, Injections, Medications for Home,
Sedation/Anesthesia, Euthanasia (when deemed necessary)
Medical Grooming & Bath Services

*not professional style grooming (basic summer cut/strip down from head to toe - 1

Requirements:
Wellness exam prior to examine pet’s skin condition
Some vaccines done
20 lbs and below (small-medium sized pets only)
Sedation required for cats, aggressive dogs and severely matted pets)

There will be an automated email response sent out to you after receiving your email. Our receptionist will get back to you during regular clinic hours to confirm your appointment.
If you are a new client, please fill out the New Client Registration Form
completely with your information and the pet’s information.
Once your New Client Registration Form has been completed, our receptionist will get back to you during regular clinic hours to confirm your appointment.
Appointment Reminders:Just like with human doctor visits, there may be a wait time of at least 30 mins.
Depending on what the doctor deems necessary for treatment, appointment time
duration may be around 2-3 hours. Please plan accordingly around your
appointment.
Wait Time Delays due to COVID:
Please remember that because of COVID, the majority of vet facilities are FULLY
BOOKED & UNDERSTAFFED with extra cleaning protocols. Please excuse any delays.
We must clean after every client & can only have 1 client in the lobby at a time. Our vet
staf works diligently to provide both care & safety to all clients & pets. IF YOU ARE
IMPATIENT/HAVE A TIGHT SCHEDULE, please reschedule & plan accordingly.
Check-In Steps for Appointments:
Please have ID ready and wait outside by the door. A technician will check you in & give
you a buzzer.
Please wait in your car & we will buzz you into the lobby when it is cleared.
*Only 1 person enters lobby WITH A MASK*
*Cats must be in carriers & Dogs must have a leash*
WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANY CLIENTS BEING RUDE TO OUR
STAFF.
